Great food and friendly staff made our city trip enjoyable. the location was ideal, offering stunning views and peace among the hustle and bustle.
the hot water in the bathrooms would constantly switch off, requiring frequent calls to housekeeping.

We had an exceptional stay at Merak Resort. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering serenity and peace of mind. The staff was highly cooperative and supportive, especially the GM Mr. Mahendra. The food was amazing, and the property itself was well-maintained. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. a great experience.

The location was great for a peaceful Easter getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality. The food served was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the bonus of being allowed to bring our pets along for the stay.
There were some negative aspects of the hotel that we experienced. The category of the room we had booked online was different from what we actually got upon arrival.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location on the lake was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, well-mannered, and always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities and activities, such as an indoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and even a karaoke night. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a memorable stay.
